Q: What are the opening hours of Merchant and Weaver?
A: Our venue is open during the following hours:
Monday to Friday : 11am - midnight
Saturday: 10am - midnight
Sunday: 11 am - 8pm
For dining in the restaurant, we serve food during the following hours:
Monday to Friday: 12:00 pm - 3.30 pm and 5pm - 9:30 pm
Saturday: 10:00 am - 3:30 pm (Brunch) and 5pm - 9:30 pm
Sunday Brunch and Roasts: 12:00 am - 5:00 pm

Q: When is the last call for drinks and last entry?
A:
The last call for drink orders is 30 minutes before closing, and the last entry is allowed up to 45 minutes before closing.

Q: Is there cover available in the outside area?
A:
Our outdoor areas are mostly covered and equipped with heaters to ensure your comfort, even in colder weather. Please note that we will make every effort to seat you near a heater, but we cannot guarantee it.

Q: Do you accommodate large groups?

Absolutely! We welcome large groups but require card authentication to secure reservations. For groups of 30 or more, please submit a booking request, and a member of our team will get in touch with you. We also have areas available for private hire.

Q: How long is my reservation valid for?
A:
All reservations have a standard duration of 3 hours. If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If you anticipate running late for your reservation, kindly email us. Please note that we can hold tables for a maximum of 15 minutes. If you arrive 15 minutes after your booking time without prior notice, we will try to seat you but may ask you to join our walk-in queue.

Q: Do you accept walk-in customers?

Q: Is there a dress code?

Q: Is this venue exclusively for those aged 18 and above?
A:
No, we welcome guests of all ages. However, visitors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their visit.

Q: Are you dog friendly?

Yes, dogs are welcome!

Q: Is the venue accessible?
A:
Our venue is accessible via the Lamb Street entrance. Accessible toilets are located in the Spitalfields Market and are available until 8pm. Ask a member of staff for assistance if needed.
