Booking Policies & Cancellation
We would encourage booking to guarantee a table. All bookings carry a 24-hour cancellation period. A £15 per head cancellation fee will be taken if you cancel within 24-hours of your booking or if your party does not show up.
Default time slots
All table bookings are available for 3 hour slots. Extensions will be at the discretion of our bookings team, depending on availability. If you would like to enquire about extending your booking, please email hello@merchantandweaver.co.uk. Thank you !

Running Late?
If you are going to be late then please notify us as soon as possible via our Instagram (@merchantandweaver) or email us. Unfortunately we can only hold your reservation for 15 minutes.
“We went for drinks for my sisters hen do. Abi was brilliant, we were a bit late as our meal had overrun but she had seen that we were a hen do so kept our booking even though 30 minutes late. Brilliant outdoors area that was covered, great in this heat and if weather isn’t too great. Great music and food was delicious too. It was busy but as such a big outdoor space it didn’t feel super packed. Had a great time, thanks so much. Will definitely be back!”
